Miley Cyrus' Alleged Hacker Arrested

A hacker who allegedly accessed Miley Cyrus' email account has been arrested on suspicion of unrelated internet crimes after police seized and searched his computer. Josh Holly, 21, allegedly acknowledged he hacked into the singer/actress' MySpace page in late 2007, according to an affidavit - and then bragged online about obtaining semi-nude photos of Cyrus from her Gmail account. 

The information led police to seize his computer, and on Thursday, December 30, 2010 Holly was arrested in Nashville, Tennessee and charged with possession of unauthorised credit card account numbers, reports TMZ.com. 

He was released on Monday, January 3. Holly is not currently facing any charges relating to Cyrus. 

Pics of Miley Cyrus in Compromising Position Leak

Miley Cyrus is facing fresh controversy after a set of photographs which appear to show her in a compromising position with a female friend leaked online.

The "Hannah Montana" star is pictured lying on a sofa in a revealing black mini-dress, as a girl, believed to be her assistant, pulls at the fabric and pretends to lick the star's breast. Another snap shows the 18 year old surrounded by scantily-clad men, pulling up a white t-shirt to reveal her bra.

The leaked pictures are the latest blow for the former child star, coming just weeks after she was caught on camera allegedly smoking hallucinogenic legal high Salvia from a bong. Cyrus was previously hit by a saucy picture scandal back in 2008 when provocative shots of the teenager posing in her underwear hit the internet after a hacker allegedly accessed her email account.

Americans Tired of Miley Cyrus

Americans want to see less of Miley Cyrus in 2011 and they're longing for a "M*A*S*H" TV remake and a Taylor Swift and Jake Gyllenhaal engagement, according to a new end-of-year online poll. Parade.com polled over 1,000 Americans during December and the results are about to be posted online.

Thirteen per cent of respondents wanted a media blackout of Cyrus, 32 per cent would like to see "M*A*S*H" back on TV,

and 36 per cent of those polled want to see Swift and Gyllenhaal take their new romance to the next level and plan a wedding.

Americans also think newlyweds Carrie Underwood and Mike Fisher will announce a pregnancy next year, with 27 per cent hoping the country star will become pregnant. Jessica Simpson and Eric Johnson, and Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt tied with 21 per cent each, and 20 per cent of people felt sure there would be a big baby announcement for newlyweds Katy Perry and Russell Brand.

A whopping 50 per cent of respondents hoped Sandra Bullock would find true love in 2011; 42 per cent wanted the same for Jennifer Aniston. Meanwhile, "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part II" is the film that tops the must-see list in 2011, ahead of "Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides", "The Hangover 2" and "The Twilight Saga's Breaking Dawn".

Patrick Dempsey and Sofia Vergara were named the sexiest man and woman on U.S. TV, while Betty White narrowly beat her "The Proposal" co-star Bullock to land the Favorite Personality of 2010 title.

Miley Cyrus Posts Christmas Message and Sings Karaoke With Family

In the spirit of Christmas, Miley Cyrus has sent her best wishes to her fans. In a video posted on her official fan club site MileyWorld.com, she is featured with her sister Noah Cyrus and says, "I just wanna tell you guys have an awesome Christmas and a very happy new year. I'm really looking forward to 2011."

She says she wants to travel a lot during the coming year. Further sharing her plans, she adds, "I want to make this the year that I go out and do what I'm here to do, and that's to help people and make people happy."

The 18-year-old singer/actress spends her holiday with family, and her big sister Brandi Cyrus has revealed that Miley sang karaoke with Noah.
"Miley and noah are currently singing 'can't be tamed' on noah's new karaoke machine. it's pretty hilarious," the 23-year-old Cyrus girl tweeted on December 26. She went on teasing, "my Mom is videoing ... maybe if you're lucky i'll snag it and upload."

Beside having fun with her sisters, Miley might also bond with his father who is currently in a divorce process with her mother. A source tells People that Billy Ray Cyrus spent some quality time with his children over the Christmas holidays at his 500-acre farm outside of Nashville, Tennessee.

New racy photos of Miley Cyrus leaked online

Disney star Miley Cyrus is yet again in news for all the wrong reasons.

Just weeks after she was caught on video smoking Salvia from a bong, new racy pictures of the star have been leaked online.

In the first picture posted on TheSuperficial.com, the 18-year-old star is seen lounging on a couch in a black, cut-out dress as an older woman,

allegedly her assistant, lifts part of the outfit and places her tongue near Cyrus’ right breast, reports the New York Daily News.

The second snapshot, rumored to be taken at a gay club, features Cyrus lifting her shirt almost to her chest as she and a friend pose with virtually naked males. (ANI)

Kelly Osbourne: Miley Cyrus Is Not Bad Influence

 Kelly Osbourne has fired back at reports suggesting her mum doesn't approve of her new friendship with Miley Cyrus, insisting nothing could be further from the truth. The reality TV star and the teen pop icon have become firm friends of late and tabloid reports have suggested Sharon Osbourne was keen to break them up.

But Kelly insists her mum actually approves of the blossoming friendship, and she has taken to Twitter.com to defend her pal. Osbourne writes, "Just read in the rags that apparently my mum thinks Miley is a bad influence on me it could not be father (sic) from the truth!"

"Actually it's the other way around. Miley has us all on a health kick. Gym/early nights There (sic) really scraping the barrel on that one! This really makes me mad. Miley is one of the most hard working respectful women I have ever worked with I am learning a lot from her! Miley and I have become really close. I'm sick of all the haters judging her she made one mistake and trust me she has learned her lesson!"

The mistake Osbourne refers to surrounds recently published photos of a smiling Cyrus smoking from a bong.

Miley Cyrus' Parents Put Marital Home on Market

 Miley Cyrus' parents Billy Ray Cyrus and Tish are putting their family home on the market just three months after their split, according to U.S. reports. The "Achy Breaky Heart" hitmaker and his wife filed for divorce in October, with both citing irreconcilable differences as they seek to bring their 17-year marriage to an end.

They have now decided to offload their marital home in Toluca Lake, Los Angeles - putting it up for sale over $7 million, according to GossipCop.com.

The former couple married in 1992 and has three children together as well as three kids from previous relationships.

Melissa Gilbert Slams Miley Cyrus for Seeking Attention

Former "Little House on the Prairie" star Melissa Gilbert has questioned Miley Cyrus' motives for allowing her pal to film her smoking a bong - insisting the teen superstar "wanted to get caught".

The 18-year-old "Hannah Montana" star sparked outrage last week after film footage of her smoking a huge pipe, allegedly containing the legal high Salvia, hit the web.

The video has led to Cyrus being slammed by anti-drugs groups, but Gilbert - who has battled alcoholism and substance abuse issues in the past - is adamant the star meant for fans to see the footage of her intoxicated.

She tells AOL News, "These days, everyone with a cellphone is a paparazzo. How high do you have to be to let a friend film you? I think she wanted to get caught." And Gilbert has her own doubts about whether the substance in the bong was really Salvia. She adds, "That's bulls**t! I think it was marijuana."

Miley Cyrus Partying With Kelly Osbourne Despite Her Bong Scandal

 Teen superstar Miley Cyrus danced her troubles away following her drug scandal last week by partying with her "So Undercover" movie co-star Kelly Osbourne. The 18-year-old singer/actress sparked outrage on Friday after film footage of her smoking a huge pipe, believed to contain the legal high Salvia, was posted online.

She came under attack from anti-drug campaigners and her own father, Billy Ray Cyrus, admitted he was "sad" and "sorry" for his daughter's behavior. But Cyrus refused to let her worries get her down over the weekend and she hit the clubs in New Orleans, Louisiana in the early hours of Saturday, December 11 with Osbourne and their fellow film stars.

A source tells People.com, "It was a good, old-fashioned girls' night. They were just dancing and hanging out..." And Cyrus really let her hair down when a Lady GaGa song came on: "(Cyrus) went nuts dancing. (The group) was really nice and great to the staff.

They kept saying how they want to come back. They were really polite... and saying they had such a wonderful time."

Osbourne later tweeted about their quality time together, writing on her blog, "Had an amazing weekend of bonding with my castmates we are going to have so much fun filming this movie!"
